All individuals, companies and organisations, government departments and educational institutions are welcome to join. By making a donation of HK$60 or more (no minimum is set for students), staff members / students can put on the Dress Casual Day stickers and go to work / to school in casual wear on the event day. There is no minimum contribution set for students to participate and they are most welcomed to get sponsorship from friends and relatives. If you are required to wear uniform, you can still be part of the action by making a donation and putting on the Dress Casual Day sticker to show your support. To promote this year’s Dress Casual Day, Jan Lamb has designed the event master concept. The Community Chest encourages more people to pitch in their care towards the needy. Participant who contributes HK$100 or above will receive one limited edition Casual d folder designed by Jan Lamb, while stocks last. To enrol, please complete the Online Enrolment Form or Download the enrolment form and email / fax it back to the Chest office (email: dress@commchest.org ; Fax. no: 2506 1201) A notice will be sent to your Organisation / School by email or fax about the distribution of promotional materials. If you do not receive any information from us two weeks before the event date, please call the Chest office at 2599 6127 / 2599 6124. For those who enrol before Wednesday, 23 September 2015, the name of Organisation/ School will be listed in our acknowledgement advertisements in a Chinese newspaper on the event day. To enrol, please seek endorsement from your organisation / school and complete the Online Donation Form. The Chest office will contact you for the collection of event sticker and discount coupons by phone in October. If you do not receive any information from us one week before the event date, please call the Chest office at 2599 6124 / 2599 6127. |
