Participation Guideline for Individuals

By donating HK$85 or more, you will receive one Green Low Carbon Day Commemorative Ticket. The Commemorative Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Official receipts will be issued to donors who contribute HK$100 or more per ticket.

A.

In-person

Individuals are welcome to visit the Chest Office within the following period of time.

Choose Payment Method or upload Offline Proof

i.	If Online Payment is selected, please choose Payment Method and select / input donation amount

ii.	If upload Offline Proof is chosen, please deposit cash in The Community Chest’s bank acount at Bank of China (Hong Kong):012-874-0-008588-4; OR use the e-wallet / mobile app which supports FPS by inputting FPS ID (1034495 or 167508514) or scan the QR code below to make donation

Choose “Green Low Carbon Day” as the event you would like to support and “Distribute by Chest to Member Agencies” as Beneficiary

Fill in “Quantity of Commemorative Ticket required: XX pcs” and “Delivery Address: “on Remarks
(Please DO NOT select Anonymous Donation)

If official receipt is required for those contributed HK$100 or more per ticket, select “Yes”, fill in “Receipt Name” and select Receipt Type

Fill in related items for receipt issuance

Select whether you are willing to receive promotional and marketing materials or updates from the Chest

Confirm donation details and click “Confirm & Submit”

If Online Payment is selected, complete donation process when redirected into selected payment gateway

After the donation is successfully paid, you will receive a confirmation email with all provided information
